Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS (Windows/MacOS/Linux), and software issues.

Configure, maintain, and support desktop systems and peripherals.

Integrate and troubleshoot APIs and web services for seamless application performance.

Maintain documentation and report recurring issues for further resolution.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of operating systems and networking fundamentals.

Hands-on experience with API and web services troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
