Roles & Responsibilities:

Domain Knowledge : Manufacturing, Retail, Quality, Product Development, Food and Beverage(Any one).

Need to understand the functional requirement from business users
Able to provide solutions to underling problem
Business or IT process improvements
Production Support to ensure Business As Usual
