Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled OpenText Exstream Developer to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream. The role involves building high-quality, scalable, and personalized documents for print and digital delivery while collaborating with business, QA, and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance customer communications using OpenText Exstream (Design Manager / Communications Server).
Create and maintain templates for print, PDF, email, SMS, and digital outputs.
Develop and manage data models, rules, sections, and components in Exstream.
Integrate Exstream with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, ERP, ECM, archive systems).
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Exstream applications.
Support deployments across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes.
Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
