Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
· Domain - Engineering
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
· Strong technical writing skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, MS Word, Markdown, etc.).
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience in IoT, PLM, or enterprise software domains.
· Knowledge of APIs, data modeling, and integration concepts.
· Familiarity with Jira, Rally, or similar tools.
Communication
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Ability to engage with Senior management and executives
· Ability to work with Engineering Teams and understand their requirements
· Document detailed requirements
· Create Art of possible and Status documentation
· Presentations for the executive team
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
· Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment.
· Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
· Support UAT and ensure requirements traceability.
· Prepare clear and concise technical documentation (SRS, BRD, API docs, user manuals).
· Maintain documentation standards and version control.
· Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical stakeholders.
· Create diagrams, workflows, and process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
· Ensure compliance with organizational and industry documentation standards.
