Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Drive the installation, implementation, and optimization of Actimize IFM (Integrated Fraud Management) solution.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Actimize platforms, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of fraud detection systems
Roles & Responsibilities
• Implement, configure, and customize Actimize IFM solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements
• Install and configure Actimize Platform (AIS, ActOne, UDM etc.)
• Enhance Actimize IFM solution, build custom Policy Manager rules, workflows, DARTS etc.
• Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve technical issues; Perform root cause analysis to minimize recurrence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, project managers) throughout the SDLC
• Perform unit, system, performance and integration testing; Document technical specifications, installation steps, and troubleshooting procedures
• Install product patches and service packs, Upgrade Actimize platform and solutions over time
• Lead or participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog management, and documentation
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed
