Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Tester

Job Description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Tester to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules and Azure, performing testing and validation to ensure high-quality IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow ITOM modules.

· Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for ITOM components.

· Validate integrations between ServiceNow and external tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure, and AWS.

· Ensure CMDB data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation.

· Track defects in JIRA and report QA metrics.

· Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for regression and smoke testing.

· Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and architects to identify and resolve defects.

· Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.

· Practical knowledge of Azure cloud services.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
