Role 5: Workday Finance Consultant

Location: San Jose, CA

Role Summary:
Seeking a Workday Finance Consultant with strong experience in implementing and supporting Workday Financial Management modules. The role involves configuring financial processes, integrating with upstream/downstream systems, and supporting business users to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support Workday Financial Management modules (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Expenses)
Design and maintain business processes, reporting, and security
Support end-to-end financial transactions and period close activities
Develop and support Workday Finance integrations with external systems
Assist with data conversion, testing, and UAT
Troubleshoot production issues and support enhancements

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Workday Financials
Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and financial processes
Experience with Workday Studio / EIB / REST integrations
Reporting experience using Workday standard and custom reports

Nice to Have:

Workday Financials certification
Experience with SOX compliance or audits
Exposure to Adaptive Planning
