Role 3: ServiceNow Developer (Integrations)

Location: Dallas, TX

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
Develop and customize Script Includes, Business Rules, and integration utilities.
Configure Import Sets and Transform Maps for data ingestion and synchronization.
Implement and manage authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, and certificates.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures and performance issues.
Ensure integrations follow ServiceNow best practices, scalability, and security standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver solutions.
Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support for integrations.
Maintain technical documentation and integration design artifacts.
