Job Description:

· Define BI & Analytics strategy and roadmap for SAP S/4HANA programs.

· Establish reporting architecture, standards, and best practices.

· Guide embedded analytics, SAC, and BW/4HANA adoption strategy.

· Partner with business leadership to translate analytics needs into scalable solutions.

· Drive data governance, KPI frameworks, and reporting harmonization.

· Provide thought leadership for S/4HANA analytics modernization and transformation.

· Mentor delivery and technical teams across multiple programs.

· Support executive reporting, steering committees, and roadmap planning.

Required Skills:

· Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA BI & Analytics strategy

· Strong experience with Embedded Analytics, SAC, BW/4HANA

· Proven leadership in large S/4HANA transformation programs

· Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

· Strong understanding of data architecture and analytics governance
