Job Description
- Requirements Management: Elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements (BRDs/FRDs) for loan/lease origination and servicing systems.
- Account Lifecycle Support: Support end-to-end workflows including dealer onboarding, underwriting, funding, payment processing, collections, and lease-end remarketing.
- Financial Configuration: Analyze and validate complex financial calculations such as APR, lease money factors, residual values, and amortization schedules.
- System Optimization: Identify gaps in current lending capabilities and recommend technical solutions or process improvements to enhance the customer and dealer experience.
- UAT & Quality Assurance: Create comprehensive test plans and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system updates meet business needs without impacting account accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Use SQL or other data tools to troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and generate reports on portfolio performance.

- 5+ years of experience as a BSA specifically within the Auto Finance or consumer lending industry.
- Direct experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Servicing Platforms (e.g., defi SOLUTIONS, Dealertrack, RouteOne).
- Deep understanding of both indirect and direct lending models for loans and leases.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and system validation.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data reconciliation.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
