Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The role requires deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM (CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM), and ITAM (HAM/SAM), along with hands-on development, integrations, and solution governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM, and ITAM.
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server, LDAP, SAP, AWS, Azure).
• Customize, configure, and optimize ServiceNow modules; provide hands-on development and App Engine solutions.
• Ensure platform governance, security, and best practices.
• Mentor development teams and engage with clients as a technical advisor.
• Drive process automation and platform optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in ServiceNow implementations, 3+ years in architect/lead role.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), CMDB, CSDM, ITAM (HAM/SAM).
• Hands-on scripting: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules; experience with integrations and workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CTA preferred).
• ITIL process knowledge and strong communication skills.
