Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and platform configuration. The ideal candidate will have deep experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning (Aura & LWC), and Salesforce integrations, along with the ability to lead and guide offshore development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 14+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce focus.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (completed prior to 2022) – Mandatory.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, including API and data integrations.
• 3+ years of experience with Lightning Aura Components.
• 3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Extensive experience with:
• Salesforce Flows
• Process Builders
• Salesforce configuration and customization (5–6 years)
• Solid understanding of:
• Salesforce SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs
• Data integration patterns and best practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to optimize existing code and improve system performance.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing or guiding offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions following Salesforce best practices.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and maintain integrations using SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs.
• Implement and manage Salesforce Flows and Process Builders.
• Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, and optimization of existing code.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and delivery.
• Work with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor and guide offshore development teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
