Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Minnetonka Mills, MN ONSITE
Duration: Long term Contract
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
•10+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a dedicated Salesforce Business Analyst.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, especially Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and platform capabilities.
•Hands-on experience with creating user stories, process documentation, and wireframes.
•Familiarity with declarative Salesforce features like Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, etc.
•Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•Proficient in tools like Rally, confluence and JIRA
•Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification (preferred).
Roles & Responsibilities
•Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non- functional requirements.
•Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
•Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions.
•Conduct requirement workshops, user interviews, and process mapping sessions.
•Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
•Lead UAT planning, execution, and training sessions for end users.
•Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies as part of an Agile team.
•Recommend Salesforce best practices and standard features to meet business needs efficiently.
