Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on front-end development using React JS and modern front-end build tooling. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with solid full-stack exposure and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React JS.
• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces following ADA compliance standards.
• Develop and integrate Redux for state management across applications.
• Collaborate with backend teams on Java-based services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Work with modern front-end build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of Front-End Web Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• React JS
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML5 & CSS3
• Redux
• Solid experience in Java Full Stack development, with strong front-end focus.
• Experience working with front-end build tooling and modern web development practices.
• Knowledge of ADA accessibility standards and building compliant UI components.
• Familiarity with Rich Internet Application (RIA) frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated build/deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
