Job Description

Role: Data & Analytics in Healthcare
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Long Term Contract

Key Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in Informatica TDM; 5+ years in Healthcare Payer domain
• US Healthcare domain experience mandatory
• Expertise in Test Data Manufacturing via application UI/front-end
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare data, terminology, concepts, and value chain
• Experience with data de-identification, sub-setting, and TDM solutioning
• Understanding of end-to-end data flows, information warehousing, and database management
• Hands-on experience with DDL, DML, DQL, and support DBA activities
• Knowledge of IBM Optim is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze application landscapes and data flows; extract data dictionaries
• Design and implement test data manufacturing, de-identification, and sub-setting
• Ensure data integrity across multiple applications and environments
• Configure subsets/filters for Informatica TDM or IBM Optim
• Perform data validation, profiling, and quality assessment
• Coordinate with stakeholders and infrastructure teams for environment setup and data refreshes
• Mentor project teams on TDM best practices and data governance frameworks
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations; work with minimal supervision

• Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills
• Ability to work with on-site and offshore teams to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and professional work record
