Role: SAP GRC Consultant
Location: Martinez, CA

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (AC) to support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. The role involves implementing and supporting Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighter), and Business Role Management (BRM).

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM)
Design and maintain SoD rulesets, mitigating controls, and risk analysis
Integrate SAP GRC with SAP ECC/S4HANA, BW, and other SAP/non-SAP systems
Manage user provisioning workflows and approvals
Support audits, compliance reporting, and remediation activities
Collaborate with security, audit, and business teams

Required Skills:

Strong experience in SAP GRC 10.x / 12.x
Solid understanding of SAP Security & Authorizations
Experience with SoD analysis, Firefighter setup, and Access Controls
Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
