Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Engineer to design, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SailPoint platforms and a solid understanding of identity governance and cybersecurity principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow solutions
• Configure and customize SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and lifecycle events
• Develop and maintain Beanshell scripts for custom IAM requirements
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs
• Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications
• Support access request, approval workflows, and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution related to SailPoint integrations and data accuracy
• Ensure IAM solutions comply with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams
