Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MES + Scrum Master to support digital transformation initiatives and smart factory operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between IT-driven agile delivery teams and shop floor manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for teams implementing or maintaining Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Bridge the gap between digital transformation initiatives and shop floor smart factory operations.
• Apply Agile methodologies specifically tailored for MES and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Support teams working with MES platforms such as Siemens OpsCenter, Rockwell Automation, SAP ME, SAP DM, or similar systems.
• Manage and mitigate the unique challenges of deploying IT solutions using Agile practices in OT/manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, manufacturing stakeholders, IT teams, and OT teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Remove impediments and ensure team alignment with Agile best practices while respecting manufacturing constraints.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–8 years of overall experience, including strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience working with MES implementations or support projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks in manufacturing or OT environments.
• Experience working at the intersection of IT and OT systems.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA.
