Title: ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM Developer
Location : Philadelphia, PA (Onsite from Day 1)
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
· Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
· Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
· Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM
· Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
· Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
· Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications.
· Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
