Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Windchill Technical Consultant with strong expertise in PTC Windchill PLM to design, customize, integrate, and support enterprise PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance Windchill implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize PTC Windchill solutions using Java and Windchill APIs.
• Configure and customize Windchill modules including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and Change Management.
• Develop custom workflows, business rules, validators, and listeners.
• Perform UI customization using JSP, JCA, XML, and Windchill UI components.
• Develop and maintain Windchill integrations with ERP (SAP/Oracle), CAD tools (Creo), and third-party systems.
• Work with REST/SOAP web services for data exchange.
• Handle data migration, bulk loading, and data extraction using Windchill tools (Load Files, Info*Engine).
• Support Windchill upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Prepare technical design documents and deployment guides.
• Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
