Job Title: Techno-Functional ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and functional expertise in ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions using ServiceNow. As a Techno-Functional ServiceNow Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business processes and improve overall user experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze their functional requirements.
3. Design and implement technical solutions within the ServiceNow framework.
4. Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
5. Create and configure ServiceNow workflows, reports, and dashboards.
6. Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
7. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous enhancements.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in ServiceNow platform and related technologies.
10. Train end users on new functionalities and features of ServiceNow applications.
11. Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows related to ServiceNow development.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
3. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
4. Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PowerShell, and SQL.
5. Experience in developing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
6. Solid understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
7. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using Web Services, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.
8. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
10. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.
