Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable CIAM Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining customer identity and access management solutions. As a CIAM Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and seamless user experiences while protecting sensitive information. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing our customers' digital identities and ensuring a secure and efficient access control system.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop system architectures accordingly.
- Implement robust access controls and authentication mechanisms to protect sensitive information.
- Integrate CIAM solutions with diverse application ecosystems, including mobile, web, and cloud-based platforms.
- Develop standards and best practices for CIAM implementation and upgrade projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to enhance security and compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to optimize CIAM processes and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any CIAM-related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CIAM technology.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CIAM Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Proficient in CIAM platforms, such as Okta, Azure AD, or SailPoint.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SAML, OAuth, and other authentication protocols.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, network architecture, and application security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in CIAM or related fields (e.g., CIAM Engineer, CISSP) preferred.
