Job Title: Kronos Techno Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kronos Techno Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Kronos Techno Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the Kronos workforce management system to support the business needs of our organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their requirements, design effective solutions, and provide technical guidance for the successful implementation of the Kronos platform.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs for Kronos workforce management system.

- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to optimize workforce management efficiency.

- Develop, configure, and customize Kronos modules including timekeeping, scheduling, absence management, and labor analytics.

- Implement enhancements or modifications to the Kronos system to meet specific business requirements.

- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support during implementation and post-implementation phases.

- Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, system configurations, and testing plans.

- Stay updated with the latest Kronos functionality, releases, and patches, and leverage them to enhance the system's performance and capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of Kronos with other HR and payroll systems.

- Provide end-user training and support on the Kronos system, ensuring smooth user adoption and proficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Kronos Techno Functional Consultant or similar role, with at least [X] years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Kronos workforce management system.

- Strong knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central suite (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, etc.).

- In-depth understanding of system configurations, workflows, and business rules in Kronos.

- Proficiency in Kronos customization tools such as Kronos WIM, Kronos APIs, Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), etc.

- Experience with SQL and ability to write custom queries for data validation and troubleshooting.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements to design effective solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

- Kronos certification(s) will be an added advantage.
