Job Title: Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Acquire to Retire (A2R) Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Acquire to Retire (A2R) Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting the Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Acquire to Retire module. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, configure the system, develop customizations, and provide ongoing support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Acquire to Retire processes.
- Design, configure, and customize Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 A2R module to meet business requirements.
- Develop and test new functionalities, enhancements, interfaces, and reports within the A2R module.
- Coordinate with technical teams for system integrations and data conversions.
- Collaborate with end-users to provide training, resolve issues, and ensure smooth system operation.
- Conduct system and integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for the A2R module.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and resolve system-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 A2R module functionalities, patches, and upgrades.
- Document technical designs, configuration specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft consultant, specifically within the FSCM 9.2 Acquire to Retire module.
- Strong understanding of Acquire to Retire processes, including procurement, inventory management, asset management, and financials.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft tools, such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries and troubleshooting data-related issues.
- Ability to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of US accounting and financial regulations is advantageous.
