Job Title: RSA Archer Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RSA Archer Developer to join our dynamic team. As an RSA Archer Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Archer applications to support various risk and compliance processes within our organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining RSA Archer solutions based on business requirements
- Customizing and configuring Archer modules, including access control, workflow, and data-driven events
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Developing and maintaining integrations between Archer and external systems
- Conducting system testing and troubleshooting Archer applications
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including application design specifications and user guides
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Archer applications
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities within Archer applications
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices related to Archer development
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of X years of experience in RSA Archer development and administration
- Strong knowledge of the RSA Archer platform, including Archer core components, workflows, reports, and complex calculations
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level Archer solutions
- Proficiency in web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
- Familiarity with database management systems, SQL, and data integration techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- RSA Archer Certification (preferred)
