Job Title: IVR Genesys Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IVR Genesys Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems using Genesys technology. As an IVR Genesys Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining IVR applications to meet business requirements and improve customer experience. This role requires deep knowledge of Genesys technologies and a solid understanding of call flow design and configuration.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop, and deploy Genesys IVR applications based on business requirements and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize IVR system requirements
- Configure, customize, and troubleshoot Genesys routing strategies and call flows
- Integrate IVR applications with CRM systems, databases, and other third-party applications
- Perform system testing and debugging to ensure the integrity and functionality of IVR systems
- Monitor and analyze IVR system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration of IVR applications into the overall system architecture
- Stay up-to-date with emerging Genesys technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven experience in designing and developing Genesys IVR applications
- Strong knowledge of Genesys frameworks, including Genesys Composer and Genesys Voice Platform
- Proficiency in coding and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Voice XML
- Sound understanding of call routing, IVR self-service processes, and telephony protocols (SIP, H323)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
