Job Title: IVR Avaya Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IVR Avaya Developer to join our team. As an IVR Avaya Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Avaya-based IVR applications. Your expertise will contribute to the overall functionality and effectiveness of our IVR systems, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and customize IVR applications using Avaya Voice Portal, Avaya Experience Portal, and Avaya Dialog Designer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for IVR solutions
- Design, develop, and test application logic and call flows within the Avaya environment
- Create and implement effective voice user interfaces (VUI) for IVR applications
- Integrate IVR systems with databases, back-end systems, and CRM platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IVR applications to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning for IVR systems
- Collaborate with teams to enhance and improve existing IVR applications based on user feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IVR technology to propose system enhancements
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience working as an IVR Avaya Developer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Avaya Voice Portal, Avaya Experience Portal, and Avaya Dialog Designer
- Solid understanding of Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer and Avaya Aura Communication Manager
- Proficient in programming languages like Java, VXML, JavaScript, and VoiceXML
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
