Job Title: Technical Kronos Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Technical Kronos Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Kronos Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the Kronos workforce management software. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to analyze requirements, design and configure the Kronos system, and ensure its smooth operation.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the Kronos system
- Configure and customize the Kronos software to meet client needs, including system configuration, interfaces, and reports
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement Kronos system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
- Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution assistance to clients, resolving any system-related problems effectively
- Conduct system testing, document test results, and assist with the development of user training materials
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Kronos, staying up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry best practices
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to ensure successful implementation and deployment of Kronos system
- Assist in the overall project management process, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Prior experience working as a Technical Kronos Consultant or similar role
- Strong understanding of Kronos workforce management software and its modules
- Proficient in Kronos configuration, customization, and integration techniques
- Deep knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices
- Experience with project management frameworks and techniques
