Job Title: Rootstock ERP Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Rootstock ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide expert guidance on the implementation, customization, and support of Rootstock ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate would possess a deep understanding of ERP processes and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure their specific business needs are met.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their unique business requirements and objectives.
- Analyze existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement Rootstock ERP solutions, including system configuration, customization, and integration with other software applications.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful system adoption and user empowerment.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Document and maintain detailed project specifications, requirements, and solution designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Rootstock ERP features, updates, and industry best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Rootstock ERP during client engagements.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including system demonstrations and estimations of effort.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of X years of experience implementing and supporting Rootstock ERP software.
- Strong knowledge of ERP methodologies, principles, and processes.
- Proficiency in Rootstock ERP modules such as Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory, and Financials.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex business scenarios.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with ERP integration tools and techniques is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Rootstock ERP or other related ERP systems are a plus.
