Job title: RPA Solution Architect
Job Summary:
As an RPA Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robotic process automation solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with business analysts and project managers to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise to deliver optimal automation solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of RPA technologies, software development methodologies, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into RPA solution designs.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the RPA applications in compliance with best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct technical feasibility analysis and recommend automation opportunities to streamline business processes.
- Lead end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of RPA solutions across multiple projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, including developers and testers.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to deploy RPA solutions in the production environment.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA tools, technologies, and trends to continuously enhance the capabilities of the automation platform.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an RPA Developer or Solution Architect.
- Strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C#, VB.NET, Java, or Python.
- Experience with web services (SOAP, REST), API integrations, and database systems.
- Solid knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
