Job Title: Generative AI and Responsible AI Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Generative AI and Responsible AI Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing generative AI algorithms while ensuring ethical and responsible AI practices are followed. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions and drive advancements in artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of the principles and ethics of AI, as well as expertise in various generative AI models.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop, test, and optimize generative AI algorithms based on project requirements
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to collect and preprocess data for training generative models
- Apply responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and privacy, to ensure ethical AI development
- Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI techniques and responsible AI frameworks
- Implement and maintain generative AI models in production environments, ensuring high performance and scalability
- Analyze and interpret results of generative AI models to identify areas for improvement and fine-tuning
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team on generative AI techniques and responsible AI principles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions using generative AI
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with the deployment of generative AI models
- Contribute to the development of internal policies and guidelines for responsible AI practices
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field
- In-depth understanding of generative AI techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and autoregressive models
- Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks such as Fairness, Accountability, and Transparency in Machine Learning (FAT/ML)
- Proficient in programming languages like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant AI frameworks
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex challenges in the field of generative AI
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with deploying generative AI models in production systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining ethical AI practices
