Job Title: Senior Sales Manager - Energy and Utilities Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager specializing in Energy and Utilities Solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing strategic direction in order to meet and exceed revenue targets within the energy and utilities industry. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the energy and utilities market.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the energy and utilities sector

- Identify and target potential new clients/customers, building and maintaining strong relationships

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong industry knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of energy solutions and utilities processes

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, leveraging this to drive sales growth

- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles

- Effective leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a high-performance sales team
