Job Title: Technical Manager - Embedded Electronic Product Design
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead our embedded electronic product design team. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of innovative embedded electronic products, ensuring that they meet technical specifications and align with our company's goals and objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and mechanical engineers, as well as product managers. Your expertise in embedded systems, electronic hardware design, and project management will be crucial for the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of embedded electronic product designers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality outputs and successful project deliveries.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, conceptualization, design, prototyping, testing, and final production.
- Collaborate with other departments to define technical specifications and project milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough technical reviews and analysis of designs to identify any potential issues or improvements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Solid experience in embedded electronic product design and development.
- Proven track record in leading and managing technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of hardware design principles, embedded systems, and digital signal processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and familiarity with software development methodologies.
- Experience with schematic design, PCB layout, and simulation tools.
- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
