Provide technical support for mobile devices, applications, and connectivity issues. Ensure smooth operations and resolve user problems promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices.
• Configure and manage MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, AirWatch).
• Support mobile application deployment and updates.
• Handle network connectivity and VPN issues on mobile devices.
• Maintain security compliance and device policies.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of mobile OS platforms (iOS, Android).
• Experience with MDM tools and mobile security.
• Familiarity with Wi-Fi, VPN, and mobile networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
