Role- Mobile Support Engineer

Location- Montreal, QC Hybrid (Need In-Person Interview in Final Round)

Full Time Permanent

 

Provide technical support for mobile devices, applications, and connectivity issues. Ensure smooth operations and resolve user problems promptly.

 Key Responsibilities:

         Troubleshoot and resolve issues on iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices.

         Configure and manage MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, AirWatch).

         Support mobile application deployment and updates.

         Handle network connectivity and VPN issues on mobile devices.

         Maintain security compliance and device policies.

         Provide end-user training and documentation.

 Required Skills:

         Strong knowledge of mobile OS platforms (iOS, Android).

         Experience with MDM tools and mobile security.

         Familiarity with Wi-Fi, VPN, and mobile networking.

         Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
