Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled UI Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces for web applications. The UI Tech Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all user interface design and development adhere to best practices and meet client requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing user interfaces for web applications.

- Develop user interface design guidelines and standards.

- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.

- Identify and resolve technical issues related to user interface development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in user interface design and development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
