Job Title: Oracle OTM Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle OTM Consultant to join our team and help us optimize our transportation management system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle OTM software and the ability to assess business requirements, customize the system, and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate business needs and develop solutions within Oracle OTM software
- Customize and configure Oracle OTM to meet specific requirements
- Provide training and support to end users on system functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system enhancements and upgrades
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in transportation management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with Oracle OTM software
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Oracle OTM certification preferred
