Job Title: Kinaxis Supply Planning Technical Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Kinaxis Supply Planning Technical Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Kinaxis RapidResponse software for our clients, ensuring that their supply chain planning processes are optimized and efficient.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain planning needs and requirements
- Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse software to meet client-specific business requirements
- Implement and integrate Kinaxis software with other systems and platforms
- Conduct training sessions for client users on how to effectively use Kinaxis software
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Kinaxis software post-implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Kinaxis software updates and enhancements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse software
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Kinaxis RapidResponse certification preferred
