Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Lead Python Developer or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of Python programming language and related frameworks such as Django or Flask.
4. Proficiency in database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
5. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
