Job Title: Lab Vantage Administrator
Job Summary:
The Lab Vantage Administrator will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the Lab Vantage LIMS system. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the system meets the needs of the organization and assists in troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implement and configure the Lab Vantage LIMS system to meet the needs of the organization
- Manage user access and permissions within the system
- Ensure data integrity and security within the system
- Provide training and support to users on how to navigate and utilize the system effectively
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address any issues or enhancements needed within the system
- Stay current on updates and new features within the Lab Vantage system
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with Lab Vantage LIMS or a similar laboratory information management system
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations and workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with system configuration and administration
