Job Title: SDET/QA Portfolio Lead (Retail Domain)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SDET/QA Portfolio Lead with expertise in the retail domain to join our team. The Portfolio Lead will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and testing processes for retail software applications, leading a team of QA engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead the QA team in the testing of retail software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
2. Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and test cases for retail software products.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and priorities.
4. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on quality standards and best practices.
5. Monitor and analyze test results to identify and troubleshoot issues.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of testing processes.
7. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior QA engineers.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in the retail domain.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, such as Selenium, JMeter, and Jenkins.
- Experience working in the retail domain, preferably with e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
