Job Title: Agile PLM Technical Analyst / Developer
Location: Boston, MA (100% Onsite, from day 1)
Contract Type: Long Term Contract – W2 & C2C
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Agile PLM Technical Analyst/Developer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in refining and growing the capabilities of existing systems, driving continuous improvements to meet our client's needs. You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of PLM-related application systems, primarily using the Oracle/Agile platform, Java, and Oracle technologies. Additionally, you will promote best practices in change management and PLM functions. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, analyzing complex issues and implementing solutions.
Responsibilities:
As an Agile PLM Technical Analyst/Developer, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide technical solutions to support Supply Chain business teams, primarily utilizing Agile PLM, with a broad understanding of PLM and supply chain processes.
- Work closely with Agile team members and key stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, design, develop, and test Agile PLM applications and interfaces.
- Design and implement application configurations to meet business needs and application requirements.
- Develop technical specifications, conduct code walk-throughs, and approve technical documentation.
- Create and execute test plans, ensuring that developed solutions meet client requirements, including the creation of test scripts and setup of test data for unit, performance, integration, data conversion, and cut-over testing.
- Advocate for Agile PLM best practices, processes, and methods.
- Provide troubleshooting support for both application and business process-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- PLM Domain Expertise: Solid knowledge of Agile PLM Product, with at least 5 years (10+ years preferred) of direct experience with Agile 9.X versions.
- Experience:
- Experience implementing Agile PC, PPM, and PQM (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry), from requirement gathering to implementation and support.
- Familiarity with Agile PC, PPM module implementation and PQM module experience (a plus).
- Expertise in Agile upgrade, administration, configuration, and extensive customization (PXs, Groovy Scripts).
- Experience in Agile integration with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in process and PLM data flows.
- Experience with tools like ACP, Dataloader, FileLoader.
- Strong experience with J2EE technologies, including Core Java, JSP, Servlet, JDBC, HTML, JavaScript, XML.
- Familiarity with IDEs such as Eclipse.
- Data migration experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical, programming, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in all phases of the SDLC (Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams and with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, such as coding, system testing, and production support.
