Job Title: Senior Workday HCM Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of Workday HCM and be able to lead efforts in system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations. This role will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring the system, testing, and providing ongoing support to end users.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead projects to enhance and optimize the Workday HCM system
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders
- Configure and test system changes and enhancements
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Workday with other systems
- Provide training and support to end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Stay current on Workday updates and best practices
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM administration
- Workday HCM certification preferred
- Experience with integrations, reporting, and security within Workday
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
