Job Title: Techno-Functional QA Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of QA testers in both functional and technical test activities. The Techno-Functional QA Lead will ensure that all testing activities are executed efficiently and accurately, while also collaborating closely with development teams to identify and resolve any technical issues.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead a team of QA testers in planning and executing functional and technical test cases.
2. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
3. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
4. Perform manual and automated testing as needed.
5. Provide regular status updates to senior management.
6. Mentor and train junior QA team members.
7. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
8. Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by end users.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA testing.
3. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
4. Experience with both manual and automated testing.
5. Ability to lead and mentor a team of QA testers.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Strong problem-solving skills.
8. Attention to detail.
