Job Title: Techno-Functional Lead – QE & Automation
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Lead to join our Quality Engineering (QE) and Automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of automation scripts, identifying and resolving issues in the software development process, and ensuring the quality of the software products.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of QE frameworks and automation scripts.
2. Collaborate with development and testing teams to identify and resolve software defects.
3. Implement best practices for QE processes and automation testing.
4. Analyze and report on test results to identify areas for improvement.
5. Mentor and train junior team members on QE and automation best practices.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in QE and automation.
7. Assist in setting up test environments and tools for automation testing.
8. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software development practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Proven experience in QE, automation testing, and software development.
3. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
