Job Title: Associate/ Sr. Associate Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our recruiting team as an Associate/ Sr. Associate Recruiter. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and attracting top candidates.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruiting database
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and other talent sources
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
