Job Title: Veeva RIM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Veeva RIM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Veeva Vault Regulatory Information Management (RIM) solutions. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance on optimizing the use of Veeva RIM.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• 1. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design solutions using Veeva Vault RIM
• 2. Configure and customize Veeva Vault RIM applications to meet client needs
• 3. Provide training and support to users on Veeva RIM functionality
• 4. Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues as needed
• 5. Stay up-to-date on Veeva Vault RIM features and updates
• 6. Assist with data migration and integration tasks
• 7. Document processes and procedures for Veeva Vault RIM implementations

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

- 3+ years of experience working with Veeva RIM

- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Veeva RIM certification is a plus
