Job Title: Proficy MES Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Proficy MES Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance on implementing and optimizing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) using GE Digital's Proficy software. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing operations and a deep understanding of Proficy MES functionalities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing processes and requirements
- Design and implement Proficy MES solutions tailored to clients' specific needs
- Configure and customize MES software modules to optimize production efficiency and quality
- Provide training and support to end-users on Proficy MES system functionalities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with MES software and interfaces
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in MES technology to provide innovative solutions to clients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Proficy MES software
- Strong technical skills in SQL, scripting languages, and database management
- Experience in integrating MES systems with other manufacturing software applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
