Job Title: ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Job Summary:
The ServiceNow SME is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of the organization. This role requires extensive experience with ServiceNow platform and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope for ServiceNow implementations.
2. Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development.
4. Conduct trainings and workshops to enhance end-user adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
5. Maintain and troubleshoot existing ServiceNow configurations to ensure optimal performance.
6. Stay current on ServiceNow updates and new features to provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
