Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced .Net Architect to lead our team in designing and developing innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in .Net technologies and architecture, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead the design and development of complex .Net applications
2. Architect and implement scalable and high-performance software solutions
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver quality products
4. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the .Net ecosystem
6. Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
7. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .Net technologies
3. Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale .Net applications
4. Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, MVC, and SQL Server
5. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills
