Job Title: ArcGIS Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ArcGIS Developer to join our team and help us optimize and enhance our geospatial data management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with ArcGIS software and programming languages to develop and maintain GIS applications for mapping, spatial analysis, and data visualization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop, and implement GIS software applications using ArcGIS products
- Customize and enhance ArcGIS tools and functionalities to meet specific project requirements
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to determine project goals and requirements
- Perform data analysis, geoprocessing, and mapping tasks using ArcGIS software
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GIS applications and data management systems
- Stay current on emerging GIS technologies and best practices in the industry
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Science, Computer Science, Geography, or related field
- Proficiency in ArcGIS software, including ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
